CITY CALENDAR

 

The Frontenac City Council meets on the first and third Monday of every month at 6:00 p.m. at Town Hall.

 

The Frontenac Municipal Court holds court on the first and third Wednesday of every month at 4:30 p.m. at Town Hall.

 

The Frontenac Public Rec. board meets on the first Wednesday of every month at 4:30 p.m. at Town Hall.

 

The Frontenac Planning & Zoning Board meets on the second Thursday of every month at 5:30 p.m. at Town Hall

The regular meeting of the Frontenac City Council, March 3rd, 2008 was called to order at 6:00 PM by Mayor Kennedy.  The Pledge of Allegiance was recited by all and roll call was answered by Southard, Kotzman, Bridwell, Macary, Quenoy, Restivo and Grilz, Pyle arrived approximately 2 minutes after roll call.

Minutes of February 18th, 2008 were opened for discussion.  A motion was made by Grilz and seconded by Restivo to approve.  The motion was unanimously approved.

Appropriation Ordinance #1474 was opened for discussion.    Quenoy made a motion to approve appropriation ordinance #1474, this motion was seconded by Southard and unanimously approved.

City Administrators Report:  Dan requested a fifteen minute executive session to discuss attorney client privilege information.  A motion was made by Quenoy, seconded by Macary to go into executive session for fifteen minutes for attorney client privilege, to include the city administrator and city attorney.

The Council went into executive session at 6:03 pm.

The Council returned to regular session with no action taken except to return to regular session.

With no further business, a motion to adjourn was made by Quenoy, seconded by Kotzman and unanimously approved.
