City Administrators Report: Dan
advised the Council that he had a request from Deanna Gates at 104 S. Dittman.
Gates states that a building permit issued about twenty years ago was
causing a water problem on her property. They
have lived at this address for about forty years.
Dan advised that the problem is on private property and we had done a
survey and offered suggestions to remedy the problem but that Gates would have
to have the work done on her own and at her own expense.
Council members agreed that the City could not do the work on private
property and it was not the City’s responsibility.
Dan requested a fifteen
