Payments

The amount of fine assessed by the Court is affected by the facts and circumstances of the case. Mitigating circumstances may lower the fine even if you are guilty; however, aggravating circumstances may increase the fine. All fines are deposited in the General Fund of the City Treasury.

If you are found guilty of an offense, regardless whether you appear in person in Muncipal Court, court costs will be added to the initial fine.

If you plead "Guilty" or "No Contest" or your case has been adjudicated, you may pay in person at Frontenac City Hall during regular business hours by personal check, cashier's check, money order, cash or major credit card. You now have the option to pay your securely online at
