Training

Firefighters receive training twice a month at the fire station. This training can range from search and rescue tactics to pump operations and mock emergencies. Frontenac Fire Rescue encourages volunteers obtain certification. By obtaining this training and more advanced training, Frontenac volunteer firefighters conduct themselves in a safe and responsible manner.

Frontenac Fire Department operates within the guidelines provided by the National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA).
