The City of Frontenac accepts water bill payments in the form of cash, check, or credit card. Payments can be mailed to PO Box 1012, Frontenac, KS 66763. You can also pay at City Hall by walking in or using either our convenient drive-thru or drop box. We recently added the ability to pay your water bill online at http://www.frontenackswater.com. A small fee is automatically added to your payment. In the future you will be able to access your account balance at the same website. Payments can also be set up to be automatically deducted from a checking or savings account for no fee.
All water payments are due on the 20th of each month. A 10% late fee is assessed to the outstanding balance after this date. Accounts that are consistantly delinquent may be shut off. A reconnect fee is required to reinstate the account. You can reach the water department for any questions at (620) 231-9210. The City of Frontenac also accepts payments for the following utilities: Cox Communications, Westar Energy, Kansas Gas Service, AT&T SBC, Alltel, ACS Educational Service, Cricket Communication, Dell Financial Service, DirecTV, MCI Neighborhood, Sprint Long Distance, Sprint PCS, T Mobile, TVG, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless, Where2Pay, AT&T Long Distanace, AT&T Mobility. Currently only Westar and Kansas Gas Service do not charge an additional fee. All others may assess a fee based on their company's policy. Only Cash and Checks are accepted for these utilities at this time.  |
