The City of Frontenac Water Department is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 pm to 4:30 pm.
If you are a homeowner and you need to have water turned for a new account, you can come by City Hall during regular hours and show identification. No deposit is required for homeowner accounts.
If you are renting a property and you need to have water turned on for a new account, a $75.00 deposit is required as well as identification. This deposit can also be paid at City Hall.
All payments are due by the 20th of each month. Late fees are automatically added to delinquent accounts. Disconnect and reconnect fees are added to accounts that are shut off.
